Over 35 years ago our founder Sam Karam moved to the United States and started work as a laborer for Rene Charbonneau Home Improvements of New Bedford, MA. Through his on the job experience, he knew the only way to create a successful business; was to provide quality, honest and knowledgeable service to his customers and do it right the first time.
In 2001, Sam entruted his son's with the task of over seeing the day to day operations of the business he so carefully developed into the reputable, successful and TRUSTED contracting company it is today; continuing to use his philosophy of customer first along with research, training and implementation of the latest in energy efficient building technology
