The owner (Scott Ricks) is a Registered Nurse. He worked for 20 years in the ER and ICU. He worked construction when he was young. After building his own home he decided he wanted to start working in construction again and started Bayfront as a side business. A few years later the side business had grown to his main business. Now he is the full time CEO of Bayfront and training his boys to take over the family business.
