Business was started in Tyler in 1958 by the Crawford family, who eventually sold to the local manager. In 1998, he retired and Jace bought the business. Jace has actually worked for the company since the 70's, when he was in a high school work program! It's a family affair with Jace, wife Donna, son Jordan, brother John and very long time employee Johnny. A+ rating with BBB; member of Tyler Area Builders Assn and Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce.
After 25 yrs in the building industry i was never going to get ahead financially working for other contractors and i had jobs of my own iwas doing on the weekends making more than i made all week and i was much happier about doing those jobs and in life in general the decision to make it a full time business wasnt even something i thought about at all even as i was getting it all set up it was like an automatic reaction it was in place i just filed out some paper work gave a few people some money to make it all legal and 5 yrs later im a much happier person for it and my background allows me to do any job with precision in a strictly professional manner, people see that even if they have no clue whats going on or why and they know its in good hands and its one less thing to worry about, youre in business and here i am
