U.H.I was first established in February of 2019, when Andrew Palmer got laid off from his daily job because business just got to slow for the company he was working for, he decided that it was long over due for him to open his own business, so he did just that, he got started right away researching, making a name and even scheduling 3 jobs! After 1 week before the first job was ready to be done he called up his brother in law. Eduardo Ochoa they talked about the ups the downs and how cold the water would be Eduardo Ochoa decided it was worth the dive and jumped in head first quiting his job and they have been helping customers ever since!
