Advanced Home Renovation was founded by Thiago DaCruz, who decided after many years of strictly installing all types of tiles and floors, wanted to make sure to only provide our customers the best and most affordable materials on the market. We've decided to provide our customers a beautiful showroom and an online store where they can see the material we carry, and have our sales rep bring samples to the confort of their home. Call us and have a professional consultation for absolutely free. We strive to always please our customers, and provide a quality product and professional and neat installation.
We started in 2003 when we saw the need for quality replacements & repairs without ripping people off. There was so many fly by night guys taking advantage of people. Fair pricing & a job done right.

New Jersey state laws require any contractors or subcontractors who sell or make home improvements to be registered with compliance to "Contractors' Registration Act".
However, construction permits are issued, as before, by the municipalities in which contractors are working.
A Contractor must be sure to use a written contract if a project costs more than $500.
Any person who makes improvement project of a home he(she) or his(her) family member owns is not required to registered as contractor.
Before hiring a contractor, make sure that they have a valid license and that their skills are appropriate for the job you are planning.
