They learned many contractor mistakes, becaming experts at Dry-in Construction, Deck Seals, Parking Decks, Window Seals, Etc. Considered #1 in Lake Arrowhead until the 2007 economy crash. While homes foreclosed, the termite company failed with escrows not requiring Termite completions or repairs. Many clients had lost homes and jobs. The quest for a safe position and business took many years of rebuild the loss. Surviving the modern-day recession gave them a new sense of stability and knowledge.
The Hamilton's then started a Full-House Remodel Company. Today, Chris and Shannon are bidding on New Custom Residental Construction and doing your local Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel! Workings with homeowners directly and building Personal Relationships, etc.
