It was late 2007 when my Father and I started to discuss the possibility of selling top quality, lifetime warranty items , at a discounted price level. We want everyone to enjoy an energy star rated high efficiency home. In Pittsburgh, where we opened our first location, that wasn't happening. There were so many gimmicks (i.e. standing on your windows) I don't know who's idea that was but, while admittedly catchy, who is really gonna do that in real life. Therefor we thought a no gimmicks, no games, no hassle, and a menu pricing was a better way. Now , menu pricing, simply allows you to see every option we offer and how much it costs. We allow our customers to decide. Others will show up with the "Cadillac of windows" and start taking things way until you agree on a price you can live with.
