I have started this business with the customer in mind. I have made lots of people and companies look very good over the past 20+ years. I have also seen many situations between owners/supervisors and homeowners that I would have to say I just don't agree with. This way I can make sure that people are treated the way I want to be treated and hopefully always have an enjoyable experience with my company. We have started out with just myself and have added two more individuals to the team to compliment one and another and make sure all customers are taken care of first and foremost
Our story began more than 25 years ago when Steven Polli started a painting company in Vermont. The primary services were interior and exterior painting, but soon it became apparent that most jobs required repairs before painting could begin. Carpentry and handyman work became part of the job description and as the company grew, so did concrete, additions, full renovations, and design-build. That's how POLLI Construction, inc. was born.
I have been working in construction for over 20 years doing all aspects of the construction giving us knowledge in all fields Making it easier to cross the hurdles we come up against in our projects
The State of Vermont does not require home improvement contractors to obtain licenses. To ensure the protection and property's safety, homeowners must discuss their projects with their regional office permit specialist.
2015 IBC, the 2012 IPC, and the 2017 NEC are in effect in Vermont and there is not a statewide building code adopted in the state for any single family home improvements to be performed.
