I have been a local to this area since 1969 and landed my first handyman position in '74 and have worked at construction jobs locally ever since. When I started this business, I noticed how a personalized service like mine can bring it's own word of mouth advertising. Coming back to work after a few years of health issues made those contacts fade and so this is my first attempt at a web presence.

Tim Fitzpatrick moved to Oregon in 1993 after hearing from a family friend that he could make $200 a day painting houses. In 1994, while also studying at Oregon State University, Tim established his very own Fitzpatrick Painting, Inc. 10 years later, Tim hung up his painter "whites" and brushes to focus on overseeing the operations of the business and ensuring his crews stay true to their mission statement: We are obsessed with being the best. We strive to provide the highest level of workmanship and customer service. We strive to create a work environment that allows for personal and professional growth.
Oregon law requires all contractors and subcontractors performing work in the state of Oregon to be licensed.
Licensed contractors are bonded and insured and can be more easily held accountable in the event of a problem. Should you need information about whether your Garage Doors contractor is to be licensed, contact Consumer Help Center by 503-378-4621. The most accurate way to find a license is with the CCB (Oregon Construction Contractors Board) license number. Contractors must include this number on their advertisements, including brochures, websites, and business cards. Ask your contractor for the number and verify contractor's recent history of disciplinary actions on https://www.ccb.state.or.us/search/ yourself if necessary.
