Started this business with a childhood friend Greg. He was with me for over 10 yrs and retired early to build a cabin and hunt. I recently moved the shop to Fair Hill MD area but my customer base remains primarily New Castle County and surrounding areas
Our company started as S+D Siding and Door in 1996 as a way for my grandfather to spend his free time after he retired from GM. He worked the business with his brother-in-law for a few years and then with his daughter for quite a few more. His granddaughter and her husband (current owners) took over in 2015.
