My true passion in life is to lead and to be able to bring what I've learned over the years to your project. My best thank yous are returning customers and or work from their friends and family. I like knowing I'm able to give it my all through training others as I would want the project to be completed. My one on ones with the customer help me get their vision out on paper and into real life form.
Contractors are required to be licensed in Virginia. There are two features of a contractor license. The first one is the class of license which determines the cost of projects that may be performed and the second is the classification/specialty of license, which determines what works are permitted.
To look up if a contractor's license has an active status or check a contractor's disciplinary history, a homeowner should use License Lookup tool.
Performing construction or demolition of structure, you are required by the State of Virginia a permit to be obtained.
