For Example : They will tell us to not clean all the windows ..."just do the ones they see" . Also watched as they would hire guys under the table... pay them cash so they didn't have to list them under the workers comp. This is not right. I decided I wasn't going to be part of this deception. I opened this company to provide quality service on time and completely. To treat my customers properties like I would want mine treated. To do what I say I will do regardless of the obstacles or cost. To provide a service with class. So I found men who could help me do this . Not hired for their skills but their hearts. I only hire men who have character. Who want a good place to work and are treated with respect.
