During the economic downturn in the early 1990's, Burton Wheeler decided to embark on a new career at the age of 37 by enrolling in the HVAC program at Chattanooga State Technical Community College. Masonry specialists are required to be licensed as a contractor for projects $100,000 and up.
Geothermal HVAC Well Drillers must be licensed from Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
