As veterans of the HVAC business, we formed our company in June 2016 with one van and one technician. That's all we started with. Brief History In 1927, the Ideal Oil Burner Co. was founded in Brooklyn, NY as one of the first central heating contracting companies in the New York Metropolitan area. Air Ideal Inc. was separately incorporated in 1948 to serve the burgeoning air conditioning market and to compliment the heating business. In the late 60s, Air Ideal relocated to Long Island along with much of the suburban population and continued to serve all aspects of the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) market throughout the New York Metropolitan area. Who We Are The current principals include two past presidents of the Greater New York Chapter of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. Our combined experience incorporates more than 75 years of HVAC expertise. We sell and service all major brands of heating and cooling equipment in commercial and residential applications. Air Ideal is located in Mineola, NY (Long Island) and we serve customers in Nassau, Suffolk, and New York City.
