The homeowner must comply with all provisions of CILA, regulations, standards and codes including requirements for workers compensation insurance. If hiring employees homeowners must perform all Taxation & Revenue Department reporting requirements. All homeowner's subcontractors are required to be licensed and permitted their own work.
