Payne's Heating & Air conditioning services is an independent owner/operator business that has been growing every year since we started the business. I started off with a tool bag in the trunk of my car and some home made business cards. A few customers tried me and then referred me to their family and friends and so on, I saved my money until I had enough to put an ad in the phone book and buy a small truck. Slowly, more and more people called and referred me to others the same way. I have built up a nice customer base over the years who continue to use me and refer me to others. I enjoy what I do and meeting new people. That makes all the difference in the world in how you do your job and relate to customers.
