Family-owned and managed, Middleton Heat & Air was founded by Chuck and Anita Middleton in 1976 in Bryant, Arkansas. With rather humble beginnings, they had a dream in mind--and hard work paid off! The long tradition of keeping our customers comfortable and providing them with excellent quality keeps them coming back year after year.
Today, after over 35 years, Middleton Heat & Air is one of Arkansas' largest, most trusted and innovative service companies in the state. We have seen major technological advances, market changes, product advances and widespread industry growth. But through the years we have maintained our dedication to each and every customer. It is not only a company with a rich history, but one evolving into the future.
While other HVAC companies grandfathered into the industry, Tim B. tested into the HVAC business to acquire his own license. He has over 15 years experience in keeping businesses up and running. Seeing the need in our communities for quality service at a more competitive price, he took the plunge in order to serve YOU! He is truly committed to your comfort - whatever it takes!
Bennings Heating and Air, Inc. was first opened for business by "Poodle" Bennings in 1972. He originally operated the business out of his garge in a makeshift office. The business has since grown each year, and eventually a new building was built a few miles from the Bennings' residence. Shortly after Poodle retired from the business and handed operations down to his son, Mark Bennings. Mark has been working for the family business since he was 12 years old. During Mark's high school years, he participated in a school program that allowed Poodle to pick him up at lunch every day so that he could work the afternoons. As soon as he was able to drive he was independently running a service truck. Mark's aggressive approach is what has made the business what it is today. We believe that our service is better because Mark is able to implement a hands on approach with our service and installation technicians daily, which results in better communication and higher customer satisfaction.
