Cape Fear A/C & Heating Co. Inc. was established in 1973 by Bob Muncy. With much hard work and by the grace of God Mr. Muncy was able to create a thriving Heating and Cooling business in Fayetteville. Cape Fear is the oldest Trane dealer in Fayetteville. In 1997 Bob decided to retire and sold the business to John S. Ayers Jr. and Ken Angel. Both Mr. Ayers and Mr. Angel continued to offer exceptional customer service that Mr. Muncy created years ago. Sadly in 2012 Mr. Angel went to be with the Lord. Mr. Ayers partnered with Jeremy Johnson which merged his company in with Cape Fear. Mr. Ayers and Mr. Johnson provide over 59 years of combined business and customer service experience. This has allowed Cape Fear to continually grow even in this touch economy.
