We have spent our entire career in providing home owners with solutions for all their comfort needs. Founding the business on the core values of providing an excellent customer experience for our clients has proved to be well received. We noticed that very few homeowners in our community had positive experiences with local HVAC companies, so we have set out to be the difference that we hope to see in the world. Our HVAC contractors are dedicated to providing customers with a company that serves the community where homeowners not only had quality work performed at affordable prices but also an exceptional experience overall. We noticed most homeowners in our community were either over-paying for average HVAC services or paid lower prices for very poor HVAC services. We want to be the alternative option. Where our clients can receive the personal experience they want and deserve without breaking their bank accounts.

CleanAir Vent is a family owned and operated company that was established in 2004. It was founded after many years of learning, not just about Air Duct Cleaning, but also about Indoor Air Quality. The reason I wanted to learn about Indoor Air Quality is because my wife has the worst Allergies I have ever seen. We would be in and out of the hospital every other month. My wife always had a nebulizer next to the bed. I decided to find out what I could do to help with this problem. I learned that home Air Duct Cleaning service can help alleviate allergies. I wanted something more permanent and that is when I found out about ultra-violet lighting. It is the best way to keep the air in my house pure. When I come to your home, whether it be for a air duct or dryer vent cleaning service, I will do my best to teach you what I have learned. The information will help you know what is best for your home and family.

In March of 1880 Benjamin G Mellinger and his brother William bought the train station from Andrew Mehaffey and started B.G. Mellinger & Son. The train station was on the Philadelphia & Reading rail line that ran from Lancaster to Quarryville. B.G. Mellinger & Son served the community with freight service, coal, lumber, and passenger service. In February of 1893 John Wanamaker commissioned Baumgardner station as a post office. As the trolley system developed in the early 1900's the mail and passenger service ended. In 1916 B.G. Mellinger & Son bought it's first truck, a Bessemer, up to that point all supplies, lumber, and coal were delivered by horse and wagon. In July of 1935 Harvey C Mellinger took over the business. 1971 brought another change, the end of coal sales. B.G. Mellinger continued to sell lumber till July of 1990 when J Kenneth and his brother William bought the business and operated it as a fuel oil and heating service business. In July of 1994 Carl Mellinger was added.
