It all started when my Dad, William DeGasperi, decided to leave Plumbers Union Local 2 after 23 years to open his own business called Bill’s Plumbing. When I was in High School, I went to Board Of Cooperative Education for Plumbing from 1989-1991, and was a NYS 1st place winner in a skills Olympics against more than 30 other vocational schools. I worked with my dad every chance I could get - after school, during breaks & over the summer. I loved it and have the same passion for the business now as I did 30 years ago! In 1994 we changed the name to Wm. DeGasperi & Son Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since I was now working with him full time and helping run the business. In 2014 my dad retired, but didn’t leave forever! You may still see him from time to time on a job or helping in the office.
We now go by the name DeGasperi & Son Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
