Don Stinnett started the business in 1961 selling Fredreich air conditioning and heat pumps. In 1970, we started selling G.E. Trane bought out G.E. in 1981 so we became a Trane dealer. In 1986, Trane was bought out by American Standard. I started working for my dad in 1967 at the tender age of 8. In 1981 I bought the company from my dad. In 2007, we changed over to American Standard equipment.
