The Business originally was founded by Dave Zinn who owned Zinn Refrigeration. When Jim became Daves partner, they changed the name to JD Indoor Comfort, Inc. Dave has since retired from the business but can be seen at the shop occasionally in the summer months. Michelle and Jim now own the business and run all the Day to Day operations.
The business was started in 1975 by Sal Sidoti Sr. Incorporated in 1983 and continues on with Son Sal Sidoti acquiring State of Ohio Plumbing, Hydronics and HVAC #45678
