Our Family Business was started in 1976 by David and Denise Ketchen. Still owned and operated by the their three sons Scott, Michael and Brian Ketchen.

Our company started out in 1972 with a single office in Manchester, Maine. We differentiated ourselves by providing fantastic customer service at our convenience stores, service stations, car washes, express lubes and with our home heating fuel and service segments. In early 2016 our company embarked on a new path. We merged with AFC - another Maine owned company that prides itself in great customer service and superior workmanship - and renewed our focus on providing the wonderful people of Central Maine with home and commercial heating fuel and service.
Contractors Are Not Licensed - Homeowner Beware!Although home improvement contractors are not licensed or regulated by the State of Maine , architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, oil burner technicians, manufacturers, dealers and installers of mobile and modular homes are required to be licensed
