It was 1968 when our founder noticed that there were no companies "out there" that specialized in working on water heaters. The concept our founder would develop included training technicians to a high standard partly by concentrating their energies on only one thing - water heaters.
These technicians would be given trucks that would fit their needs; no tangle of sewer cables but they would have every conceivable part that a person could require to install or repair a water heater perfectly.
The concept included service like none that had ever been offered for water heater repair or replacement. Telephones would be answered by real, live experienced people at every hour of the day or night, every day of the year.
Now decades later, we still answer our phones 24 hours a day and never charge extra for evening or
weekend service.
