I started the business at a very young age. While working at other companies I noticed a common trend that most companies did not truly value the customer, they were more concerned with their "bottom line" than the customer. Sure, they all said things like "satisfaction guarantee" etc, but when a customer had an issue most of these companies gave the customer the run around.
I believe a relationship can and should be much simpler. If in fact we make a mistake, or it even appears we made the mistake whether we did or not, we will just fix it. We don't need to give you the round around, we will just fix the issue, regardless of what it is.
