A family owned business since 1983, All Weather Heating & Cooling, Inc. was founded by Tom & Ida McKeown. The McKeown's started the business out of their home and in 1987 purchased Taper Heating from Bill & Lilliam Collyer. Growing, in the early 1990's, they purchased the building 302 Kemp Street which was first of 3 buildings which now make up the current All Weather facility.
In 2011 Tom & Ida's daughter, Jeanne' Sparks, succeeded her parents and continued on the tradition. Together with Dustin Halverson, Operation Manager, All Weather Heating & Cooling proudly serves all of Clallam & Jefferson Counties from the Pacific Ocean to the Hood Canal in Puget Sound. in Washington State.
