We started in South Central Arkansas as Calhoun Heating & Air in 1970. We provided service to south Arkansas and north Louisiana until 2006. In 2006 we relocated to NW Arkansas. In 2018 we changed the name to NWA Cooling & Heating.
AirTech started as a one man operation in 1999. By providing quality service, we have grown to over 15 employees. AirTech relocated to Rogers, from Fayetteville, in 2018.
A residential remodelers license or residential builders license or home improvement license are not needed to do works on a single-family residence, if the HVAC project worth does not exceed $ 2,000, including labor and material.
A residential builders license is for single-family residence to be built
A residential remodelers license is for major structural changes to a single-family residence to be made.
A home improvement license is for performing special jobs in a single-family home such as painting, roofing, flooring, etc.
