Bringing 23 years of prior experience to the table, Leon Rinchuso founded Rinchuso's Plumbing & Heating Inc. in 1980. A positive customer experience was only part of Leon's business philosophy. Employee morale was also an important factor to make the business successful.
Leon was dedicated to the well-being of each of his employees. This helped to maintain a consistency of positive morale throughout the company. Leon believed that a dedicated employee always helps to present a positive attitude to each client.
Even with the passing of Leon Rinchuso in March 2008, Rinchuso's Plumbing & Heating Inc. has remained a family business. Three of Leon's children, along with two grandchildren, continue to instill the values set by the patriarch more than 30 years ago.
Currently, Rinchuso's Plumbing & Heating Inc. employs 30 additional employees with a majority of them having over 10 years of tenure with the company. This shows that a positive workforce makes for a successful business.
