In 1983, Roussos Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning was formed by the late George J. Roussos and Allan Bense, the original co-founders. In 1996, Patrick Boykin and Robert Wilson, both expert technicians on staff, purchased the company assets and became business partners with Mr. Bense. In 2012, Robert Wilkos, an industry veteran, was added to the Roussos management team. Known today as Roussos Air Conditioning, the company's primary business is residential sales, service & repair, preventive maintenance and installation. Since its inception, the company has maintained a stellar reputation within the market by providing prompt service coupled with professional comfort solutions. The company moved into their current facility with showroom, training center and warehouse in April 2016. Presently, the company employs 20+ full-time staff members providing service to over 6,000 customers with almost 2,000 active residential and commercial Comfort & Energy Savings Plans.
Aire Serv of the Emerald Coast started in December of 2015. Over time, we have adapted to new technology, and we have helped to bring our customer's existing units up to date to work with the new technology. Our technicians continue to learn and grow through continuous education. We are consistently expanding our company to provide more customers with quality service and stretch our reach across northwest Florida.
