From its humble beginnings to the present day, Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning follows the principles that owner Wally Dickey established in 1979: Consistency, Honesty, Professionalism, and Reputation.
Originally known as Conejo Valley Appliance, Air Conditioning and Heating, Wally's mom answered the phone on weekdays, and he did service calls on weekends.
In 1981, Wally's two brothers-in-law (Jim and Dan) joined the company. As business grew, the decision was made to split Conejo Valley Appliance, Air Conditioning and Heating into two separate companies. Jim and Dan took over Conejo Valley Appliance and Wally continued with Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning. Later, Wally's son Branden joined and they continue to work together side by side.
Today, the company has grown by leaps and bounds. Our customers refer us to their friends, relatives, and neighbors. That's why we are able to focus on serving our local area and keep our community extremely happy.
