John Wiggins founded Cumberland Carpet Cleaning in 1998. John realized that most carpet cleaning companies were not providing good service and did not seem to know about cleaning either. So he determined to provide exceptional customer service, have the best in cleaning equipment and cleaning agents, stay abreast of new cleaning technology and provide his clients with exceptional value for the quality of his services.
Over the past 15 years Cumberland Carpet Cleaning stayed true to John's original vision. In the process, Cumberland Carpet Cleaning became a well-respected company in the Upper Cumberland and whose clients feel comfortable referring their friends, family and neighbors.
In June of 2013 Tom Lamb purchased Cumberland Carpet Cleaning from his friend John Wiggins. Cumberland Carpet Cleaning transitioned to a full service residential and commercial cleaning company. As a result of this expansion Cumberland Carpet Cleaning became Cumberland Cleaning Company.
