As a believer in exceptions, he knew he could run a different kind of company, focused on its customers, and make a positive impact. To run a company focused on customers, the company has to consist of quality people, and Jeff makes a tireless effort to invest in human capital. He has zero tolerance for the norm, which means every member of the ProCare team meets or exceeds his extremely tough standards.
