I have always wanted to start my own Restoration and cleaning business and was looking into a franchise but that turned out to be so incredibly expensive that I realized that I could help my community more if I were my own business as I would have more pricing flexibility than a franchise. So after doing Restoration and cleaning work since 2007, in 2018 I gave up on a franchise and knew the quality of my work will show and help me be more successful. My goal is to put the customer first on all jobs and ensure that there is always communication, get the job done as efficiently and effectively as possible. In August of 2018 Utopia Restoration LLC was born with the help of some family and we have been successfully serving our community since.
Steve founded Titanium Laboratories with a passion for providing customers with skillful pest control service. As a complete problem-solver, Steve immediately understood the same characteristics that create an ideal environment for pest infestations also create an ideal environment for mold growth. As a result, Steve consistently discovered & consulted with clients to resolve excess moisture and lack of air flow, leading to mold testing, VOC testing, and naturally mold removal. Steve promptly entered into another educational program and became nationally certified in mold inspection and mold remediation, and a member of the IAQA. As the owner/operator of Titanium Laboratories, he personally trains all service staff and oversees all work personally.
