We are a non-franchise company which allows us to charge less. We don't have to pay royalties which can average 10-12%. Many large franchise companies sales teams have never been involved in the actual cleaning process and are only paid to get a signed contract . This means they have very little knowledge of the day-to-day operations or what it takes to properly clean a building. All of our staff is involved in the daily operations of the company and understands all aspects of the cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction.
