Crawl Pros, formerly called Crawl Space Cleaning Pros, was a vision of 2 guys who saw a need for retrofit installation services. Over time Richard, the current owner, became full owner and has continued to grow the business.
We started as a Janitorial business in 1989 known as Granny's Inc. After 2 years of hard work starting with a bucket and a mop we grew to have several major cleaning contracts with movie theaters, offices and houses. In 1993 we absorbed a local 3 truck carpet cleaning company and began to extend our services to carpet cleaning. In 1996 we saw the need from our customers to do water damage restoration and that year we became Premier Water Removal. Since then we have become Water Damage Experts with an emphasis on commercial properties! We pride ourselves in being the most focused and quality disaster restoration company in Seattle!
Environix opened its doors in the spring of 2003, with a vision to provide Western Washington with honest, professional solutions to complex mold issues. Soon after, the founders, Mike and Jodi Schatz opened a training and certification school to fill the need for practical mold inspection and remediation training. This organization, MICRO, grew into the largest organization of its kind, certifying hundreds of technicians each year. In 2008, we began exploring options to meet the increasing needs of our customers. These needs centered on indoor environmental issues, such as VOC's, toxic compounds, allergens, energy efficiency and indoor air quality. While they may change over time, all fall under the concept of creating a 'healthy home'. The first of these efforts came in 2009 when we created the Energy Auditing and Home Energy Efficiency Division.
Born out of the need for a more caring restoration service. We changed our name from Restoration Squad to Restorion in 2020 in order to continue providing our services under a brand which better represents the values of our customers.
Environix was formed in 2003 to serve a growing industry of mold remediation professionals. Our Washington locations serve the entire Puget Sound region, including Everett, Seattle, Lynnwood, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Tacoma, Olympia, and Kitsap County. Environix is an industry leader in mold inspections, testing, and remediation. Our work speaks for itself in our customer satisfaction, our unwavering reputation, and our lifetime warranty on all repairs and treatments.
All New Again® was founded in Washington State by Jon Baer. Baer started in the flooring business in 1987 shortly out of high school. In 1999 Baer opened his first flooring and remodeling retail location in Bothell, Washington. In 2004 Baer recognized his customers that had an unfortunate water or fire loss, and had filed an insurance claim with their insurance carrier, found it overwhelmingly challenging on how to navigate through the cumbersome claims process. While the insurance companies had their adjusters and captured contractors that worked for the insurance company with their best interest as a priority, the customer did not have a contractor that worked for the customer that had their best interest as a priority. Further, Baer discovered, the contractors that worked for the insurance carriers typically did not follow basic laws, had the proper credentials or experience, and lacked the proper professional knowledge to put the customers' homes back to pre-loss condition.
Verify the contractor is insured against possible damage.
Look up a contractor’s license history for license violations.
A contractor registration is required by the State of Washington if a homeowner project involves any work that increases or decreases the value of real estate or consulting on a construction project. Contractors are not required to be registered if the customer needs gutter cleaning or pruning or lawn care or window washing to be performed.
