Our business was started in San Fernando, California. Moved to San Luis Obispo County in 1998 where we spent the last 22 years. In March of 2020 we moved to Tennessee. Both moves we felt like we left family behind and still get calls from them. We hope to become a regular, reliable part of your family. We pride ourselves on creating, friendship and family with our customers.
Our Vision - Ask any company in our industry and you will probably get a different answer on how to fix a crawl space, waterproof a basement or insulate an attic. Our vision is to create the standard in making crawl spaces, basements and attics dry, clean, healthy and efficient. We are tired of fly by night companies taking advantage of people and offering horrible service with even more horrible products. We have created a Gold and Platinum Package for crawl spaces that we feel will be the industry standard for years to come.
Innovative Restorations was started in 2008 by Larry Kessie who owns Floorcovering Technologies and Josiah Kessie who at the time owned Big Country Construction. The two set out to help those who needed help recovering from a disaster. They offer 24/7 response for man made or natural disasters from Water, Fire, and Storm. They now offer additional services for Crawlspace encapsulation and Mold remediation.
