The name Second Chance comes from our founding father, Kyle Christopher, who chose the name because he believes everybody deserves a second chance no matter the circumstances. Kyle came from a less fortunate background, raised in poverty, losing his mother at 12 years old, raising himself and his baby sister, etc. People tend to overlook people with a past like Kyle's by not giving them a chance at employment etc. The past is the past for a reason. People can change, but society has to give them the opportunity to prove that they have. That's the mission, to give those that others denied the opportunity for change and success through employment by trades.
