DeBord Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, the most dependable, reliable service company in the Northeast Ohio area, has been servicing communities since 1973. When Jack DeBord retired in 1989, he sold the business to his nephew, Dennis Kratochvil and his wife Leona. Dennis carries on the family tradition as a fourth generation plumber. His great grandfather started the family plumbing trade at 105th and Cedar in Cleveland. Dennis carries a state license for plumbing, heating, hydronics, backflow prevention, fire and sprinkler as well as a City of Cleveland Master Plumber. 2006 was a year of great change for DeBord Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. We made the decision to change the company name to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and DeBord's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, but we did not change ownership or management, so you will still get that great local service when you call. Our commitment to doing a quality job for long time customers and new ones like you is stronger than ever before.
We started our journey 35 years ago with one pickup truck and a simple mission - to fix what's broken. From day one our family has committed ourselves to Northeast Ohio, providing exceptional service and reliability and creating lasting relationships with our valued customers. And while our business has grown, so too has our vision. With our 24/7 call center and our innovative "Warehouse on Wheels" we've combined our attention to detail with a comprehensive approach that allows our customers the peace of mind to know that whatever the problem, WyattWorks has the answer. In addition, we've founded "Plumbing with a Purpose" which donates a portion of our profits to help build clean water wells in 3rd world countries and to teach out-of-work Americans the skills to start anew. Because "fixing" is about more than leaky pipes and faucets - it's about leaving your world better than you found it.
Duncan Plumbing is a full service third generation company. Created in 1980 by James Duncan with a vision to provide customers with excellent service at an affordable price, Duncan Plumbing earned the reputation of respectable, honest and hard-working. James Duncan's untimely death in 1985 left his only son, Gayle, to keep the vision going. It is now owned and operated by Gayle's youngest son, Josh. Our vision remains steadfast as we continue to strive to bring our customers plumbing excellence with the best products, latest trends and energy efficiency at a reasonable cost. Because of our dedication to customer service, our customers have rewarded us with repeat service. So when you call Duncan Plumbing for help, you won't become our customer for the day. You'll become our customer for life.
