DrainTech was established and opened in 2020 by owner Kaelin L Owens. After spending years working alongside major plumbing companies in San Diego CA, Kaelin gained the extensive knowledge and experience needed to effectively produce accurate and timely results, every time. Kaelin moved back to his hometown of Sacramento, CA and decided it was only right to give back to his community by opening his own drain cleaning company. It’s been a dirty job since 2020, but we’re still happy to do it!

My father, Pete Russo started the business in 2006. We worked together for several years as Russo Home Improvement. Taking on the small tasks that come up as a homeowner. Today, I work on most projects alone, Dad prefers traveling around the country with Mom. I am Sam Russo a prompt and efficient one man operation, that performs small jobs for the homeowner. I am available as early as 7AM Monday thru Friday.
