Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing and HVAC projects
Masonry specialists are required to be licensed as a contractor for projects $100,000 and up.
Geothermal HVAC Well Drillers must be licensed from Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
A license is needed in order to perform any improvements adjacent to the dwelling with total cost ranging from $3,000 to $24,999.
