A native of Northampton, D'astous, A 1972 graduate of Smith Vocational High School in Northampton, got an early taste of the trades when he worked with his father, a tiling contractor, as a teenager, then started a painting business when he was first out of high school.
D'Astous gets satisfaction from solving problems for people, showing compassion for those who need help. He is in it to solve problems and not to make millions!
When he is not working for people at home, you can find George running his organization, N.E.S.T. New England Support Team, an organization of contractors helping natural disaster victims rebuild their lives.
