Trade Pros is a small woman-owned plumbing company servicing all of Northern Virginia. Our goal at Trade Pros is to provide professional, experienced plumbing work at a fair and affordable price. We stand by our work and look forward to helping customers when they need a plumber. Debbie and Brittney started in 2021 when they concluded that the Northern Virginia Area has virtually no women-owned plumbing companies in the area. They agreed that the area needed a company that not only had the desire to provide service and craftsmanship of the highest level of excellence, but to also provide a work environment full of camaraderie, respect, and family values to our employees. We believe in honesty above all else and even if you choose not to use us, we will always give good advice and genuinely have your best interests at heart. We look forward to helping all we can and making new friends, not just customers. If You're Not Happy We're Not Finished
We are a Veteran Owned & operated Residential Plumbing Service Provided. We have worked w/ others in the area & realized customers want a straight forward approach for their plumbing needs, not a grand sales presentation. We've found that other companies sometime have unskilled labor that learn the trade inside of customers homes so I decided We would have a very "Veteran" staff of Military Veterans & Seasoned plumbers. All of our plumbers have a minimum of 20 yrs. of experience because I know that when we are called to a home our clients want someone who can fix their problem. We Began running service calls in the evenings & weekends until there was enough demand for the level of service we provide. We believe in addressing the issues that you have called us out for, pointing out any potential plumbing problems that we see & letting you make the choice of what services are done in your home. We have quickly become know for our reputation of professional service & attention to detail.
Contractors are required to be licensed in Virginia. There are two features of a contractor license. The first one is the class of license which determines the cost of projects that may be performed and the second is the classification/specialty of license, which determines what works are permitted.
To look up if a contractor's license has an active status or check a contractor's disciplinary history, a homeowner should use License Lookup tool.
Performing construction or demolition of structure, you are required by the State of Virginia a permit to be obtained. Building permits are issued by the local departments (cities and counties) in Virginia. Homeowners should verify with permit office to see if they need a building permit or where they should file their application.
