Clyde Rackham, "Grandpa", started cleaning lines and working on septic systems way back in 1948. He started "flat rate pricing" and the ethical nature that is still carried on today at Master Rooter Plumbing. Larry and J'Deanne Rackham were the second generations to continue steadfast in the philosophy that the customer comes first and a job worth doing is a job worth doing right. Larry's knowledge and expertise are legendary in the Treasure Valley. Today, Lance Rackham is the third generation to own Master Rooter Plumbing and is committed to continuing the strong traditions that his family has created in this trade.
After working in custom car electronics for 10 years, and then as a licensed commercial plumber for another 10 years, all while completely gutting and renovating his personal residence, there's little that Moses can't fix. He obtained licensing and insurance with the State of Idaho for plumbing, but is also offering general handyman services (also licensed and insured).
Chuck Lichtenhan, owner and operator, was trained and educated in a 5 year union apprenticeship. Upon graduating in 2007, I passed the Idaho plumbing test to receive my journeyman license. I have worked in commercial and residential plumbing until 2012, when I decided to open Boise City Handyman. My previous life exploits have included being a member of the United States Army as well as the Idaho Army National Guard from 1992-2006.
Scotty's Potty's opened in Oct 2006. I ran it myself until 2013, when my wife Judy (aka Mrs.Potty) joined me running the office. We both LOVE being of service to others and really enjoy meeting new friends.
