We are a Veteran Owned & operated Residential Plumbing Service Provided. We have worked w/ others in the area & realized customers want a straight forward approach for their plumbing needs, not a grand sales presentation. We've found that other companies sometime have unskilled labor that learn the trade inside of customers homes so I decided We would have a very "Veteran" staff of Military Veterans & Seasoned plumbers. All of our plumbers have a minimum of 20 yrs. of experience because I know that when we are called to a home our clients want someone who can fix their problem. We Began running service calls in the evenings & weekends until there was enough demand for the level of service we provide. We believe in addressing the issues that you have called us out for, pointing out any potential plumbing problems that we see & letting you make the choice of what services are done in your home. We have quickly become know for our reputation of professional service & attention to detail.

In 1987 Mike Rowzee decided his community needed a Plumbing Company to provide plumbing service at a reasonable rate. He wanted to be the neighborhood plumber that provided personal service with an honest reputation. He started off with one van and a helper. Today he employs several plumbers. He brings over 40 yrs of experience. His wife Sandy came on board in 1988 with a background in bookkeeping and banking. All 3 children have been involved at some point with the business. Their girls have moved on to other careers but their son Justin decided to come on board full time after finishing school in Radford. The plumbers that Mike employs are a part of the reason the company continues to grow. They do not sell anything the customer does not need. If it can be repaired they do it. They do not receive commission. Mike strives for 100 percent customer satisfaction. They are available 24/7. There is no answering service. The emergency service connects straight to Mike & Sandy

The first one is the class of license which determines the cost of projects that may be performed and the second is the classification/specialty of license, which determines what works are permitted.
To look up if a contractor's license has an active status or check a contractor's disciplinary history, a homeowner should use License Lookup tool.
