While working 16 years for a reputable plumbing company in Central Oregon, Chris found that more of his time and attention could be utilized improving water quality. With that focus in mind Chris, along with his wife Kathy, decided to step into a business that would do just that, help improve the quality of the water conditions in Central Oregon.
