A note from the owner, Mike. For as long as I can remember, anywhere my wife and I go, we receive terrible customer service. Whether it's the bank, the supermarket, the car dealership, or definitely a contractor, and everything in between. There is always a hidden fee, a rude employee, a difficult process, a late show up, or some kind of problem...and that's if they even bother to get back to you. I decided when I opened Magic Drain, I would stand out above all this. Honestly the bar wasn't even set that high. I've had customers who were literally surprised when I merely arrived on time. I personally guarantee no one can even come close to my customer service. I give free estimates, fair prices, I'll go out of my way to make you happy, and I'm never late. If you've been hurt by bad customer service in the past just give Magic Drain a try and let me show you how to trust again.

New Jersey state laws require any contractors or subcontractors who sell or make home improvements to be registered with compliance to "Contractors' Registration Act".
However, construction permits are issued, as before, by the municipalities in which contractors are working.
A Contractor must be sure to use a written contract if a project costs more than $500.
Any person who makes improvement project of a home he(she) or his(her) family member owns is not required to registered as contractor.
Before hiring a contractor, make sure that they have a valid license and that their skills are appropriate for the job you are planning.
