After working for more than 15 years in the Corporate Plumbing World for someone else, Mike Duncan set out to start his own company based on a vision that he could offer expert solutions at the best price. "People were always asking for Mike because he is a problem solver", says wife Erica Duncan. "We realized he was a big reason for the company's success so we decided why don't we do this"?
