We are a local and family-owned, fully insured residential roofing company. We pride ourselves on our workmanship, exceptional quality of our products, and preparation and cleanup--we treat your home as we would treat our own home. 3 things that differentiate Dogwood from other roofing companies: 1) Dogwood stands behind our 10-year no-leak warranty for all complete roof installations (1-year no-leak warranty on repairs). 2) We use upgraded materials (examples: synthetic underlayment rather than 15 pound roofing felt, actual starter shingles rather than 3-tab shingles placed upside down, storm collars around plumbing stacks for longevity, and baffled rigid ridge vents rather than mesh ridge vents that can allow water & animal penetration). 3) We cover all railings, shrubs, & bedding plants and are meticulous about clean-up. We do several magnetic nail sweeps of driveways, paths, areas around your home, and gutters & downspouts.
