I became a Florida State licensed Structural Building Inspector in 2002 and have been an active private inspector since. Once the State of Florida decided to license home inspectors, I attained that licensed as well in 2010. I have been involved in the building industry for over 30 years. I have worked in almost every capacity along the way, from digging footings to framing to supervising to product development to project management, eventually to become a General Contractor.
