We began as a family-owned, union contracting firm, in Illinois lead by our father. Once our father passed away, and the housing crash, led us to move to commercial businesses. Since 2006 the family opted attempt to move on from the union aspect due to work shortage. This was a difficult so, one of the sons of the original owner started a company small team that focused on "making sick houses well" by providing remodeling, handyman maintenance services. We've grown rapidly by delivering the very best in commercial/residential property maintenance and handyman services, along with property renovation for homes and commercial spaces alike. In 2018 we organized a Serieslimited Liability Company named S M Smith LLC-S and purchased Smith and Smith Construction.
